International Immigration and Visa Support for People Living in Saudi Arabia
Whether you are planning to visit, study, work, join family, or move permanently, the first step is understanding which route is actually open to you and what it will require.
Destinations
Where Are You Planning to Go?
We support a focused set of destinations so that our information stays accurate and current. We would rather cover four countries properly than twenty badly.

How We Work
Immigration decisions are made by governments, not by consultants. What a good consultancy can do is make sure your case is understood, your route is the right one, and your documents are complete and consistent.
Peregrine helps foreign nationals and Saudi residents review their options, understand the requirements, prepare their documents correctly, and move forward with confidence. We explain what is realistic, what is not, and what happens next.
With offices in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, we work with clients across the Kingdom in person, by video call and by WhatsApp.
Four commitments shape everything we do:
- We check the current rules
- Immigration routes open, close and change. We check the destination country's own immigration authority before we advise you, and we show the date each page was last reviewed.
- We tell you what we can and cannot do
- Some countries require a licensed adviser or lawyer to represent an applicant. Where that applies, we say so and we tell you who can help.
- We do not promise outcomes
- No consultancy can guarantee a visa, a job, residency or citizenship. Any firm that tells you otherwise is not being straight with you.
- We put the scope in writing
- You receive a written description of the work and the fee before you pay anything.

Who we help
Who We Work With
Most of our clients are foreign nationals living and working in Saudi Arabia, along with Saudi nationals planning to study, invest or travel. Your requirements usually depend on the passport you hold rather than where you currently live, which is one of the first things we clarify.
- Professionals considering skilled migration or a sponsored work route
- Students applying to universities and colleges overseas
- Families planning a move together, or applying to join a spouse or parent
- Entrepreneurs and investors looking at business or investment routes
- Employers and HR teams managing staff mobility and documentation
- Foreign residents in Saudi Arabia who need documents attested, translated or prepared
Saudi business solutions
Setting Up or Expanding a Business in Saudi Arabia
Alongside our immigration work, we support foreign investors, entrepreneurs and international companies entering the Saudi market. That includes market-entry planning, Investment Registration with the Ministry of Investment (MISA), company formation, Commercial Registration, and licensing coordination.
The Saudi framework changed materially when the Investment Law came into force in February 2025, replacing the previous foreign-investment licence with an investor registration process. We work to the current framework, not the one that has been superseded.
